June 15, 2011 Workout
I'll will not be able to make it to workout on June 15, but here's a workout to do in my absence. This workout is a bit longer than usual, so do as much of the workout as time allows.
-Needed equipment: Kickboard
-300 Warm-up / EASY
-5x100 swim/choice / MEDIUM INTERVAL
-4x150 swim/free / FAST INTERVAL
-4x200 swim-kick (50 kick-100 swim-50 kick) 10-20 sec rest
-500 swim / build-up / choice
-8x50 swim/choice / FAST INTERVAL
-2(5x50) swim/free / FAST INTERVAL
-100-200 Cool Down
3700 total yards
