Thanksgiving Workout

I will be out of town during the Thanksgiving holiday, so here's a little something to help work off that turkey and pumpkin pie:

(Note: this workout is designed to take 1-2 hours to complete)

-Warmup: 200 swim / 100 kick / 200 pull
-500 free/pull - moderate pace
-5x100 free / fast interval time
-400 IM/choice (either broken or straight swim / moderate pace)
-4x100 IM or choice / fast interval time
-300 free / pull - moderate pace
-3x100 free / fast interval time (5 seconds faster than previous set)
-200 IM/choice - straight swim
-2x100 IM-choice / fast interval (5 seconds faster than previous set)
-400 kick/choice
-10x50 free-pull / moderate to fast interval time
-10x25 choice-swim / fast - rest 10-15 sec between
-100-200 cool down
