May 21, 2011 Workout

Hi everyone,

I will be out of town for this Saturday's workout, so here's something you can do.  Or, feel free to improvise and do your own thing.   Do as much of the workout as time permits.  See you on Monday =)

-300 Warm-up (EASY)
-500 (alternating 100 swim/100 kick) / Choice (EASY)
-2(4x100) / 1st set free / 2nd set choice (set HARD interval)
-3x200 / choice / build-up / 20 sec rest between
-3(5x50) / choice / 1st set HARD-2nd MEDIUM-3rd EASY
-100-200 Cool Down
