Workout: Friday - Saturday - February 26-27

February 26-27 Workout:

With the Pentathlon coming up, we are focusing on sprint 50's & 100's stroke (butterfly, backstroke, breastroke and freestyle).  All stroke swims are also your choice, so feel free to do freestyle on all sets.  Work hard on the sprint sets!  See ya'll on Monday =)

-300 Warm-up / Choice
-6x50 Swim / Choice / Build-up (rest 15 sec between each)
-6x100 Swim / Alt IM and Free (rest 15 sec between each)
-8x75 Swim / Sprint Free (rest 30 sec between each)
-3(4x50) Swim / choice (set fast pace interval) rest 30 sec between sets
-COOL DOWN
