Workouts for 8/4-5/06

HAPPY FIESTA WEEKEND EVERYONE! See ya'll on Sunday or Monday =)

Friday (1.5 hour workout)
-200 swim / 200 kick / 200 pull WARM-UP
-500 swim/free (build-up) -1 min rest
-400 swim IM or choice - 1 min rest
-300 kick/choice - 30 sec rest
-200 swim/free/FAST - 30 sec rest
-100 swim/IM or choice FAST - 30 sec rest
-50 swim/easy
-6x100 swim/free (set a FAST interval)
-4x100 swim/IM or choice (set a FAST interval)
-5x50 kick/choice - 10-20 sec between
-100 cool down

Saturday (1 hour workout)
-300 Warm-up
-8x50 swim/free (MODERATE interval)
-6x100 swim/IM or choice (FAST interval)
-250 kick/choice (MODERATE SPEED)
-500 swim/free build-up
-6x50 swim/choice SPRINT (FAST interval)
-100 cool down
